A real Vietnamese hair factory owns the production process end-to-end. Sourcing, sorting, drying, coloring, QC, extension production — all in-house, all on the same floor.

Most vendors don't do this. They buy finished bundles from collectors, repack, and ship.

Why that matters for your order:

• Consistency. Reorder 200 bundles in 3 months and you get the same product. A reseller can't promise that — they depend on whoever they bought from last time.

• Custom color. Resellers sell what they bought. A factory runs bleach-and-color in-house and can match a shade ring.

Accountability. A bundle is off-weight or the color is wrong — a factory shows you exactly where it happened. A reseller points at the supplier and waits
