You can pay in full or pay a 70% deposit to start production. The remaining 30% is due before we hand the order to the shipping agent. We don't ship until full payment is received.

Most products are made to order. We produce after your order is confirmed — standard for custom lengths, textures, and colors. A small selection of stock items ships in 1–2 business days. We confirm lead time before you pay.

Yes. Before we hand your order to the carrier, we do a video call so you can inspect the hair — texture, color, length, and condition. We only ship after you confirm you're satisfied. This is standard for all orders.

We accept returns for defective items, wrong texture, wrong length, or wrong material — reported within 72 hours of delivery. After 72 hours the delivery is considered accepted. Hair that has been washed, altered, colored, or has tags removed is not eligible.

Email sale@azhairvietnam.com first. Do not send items back without written confirmation from us. Unauthorized returns won't be processed. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund processing: up to 14 business days + 10–15 days to reach your bank.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of payment with a 30% fee. After 4 hours, production may have started and cancellation is not possible.
