AZ Hair Vietnam ships worldwide. All orders are shipped from our factory in Vietnam.

Production & Lead Time

Most products are made-to-order. Lead times are as follows:

• In-stock items: 1–2 business days to ship
• Custom / made-to-order items: 10–12 working days production time before shipment

Lead times are counted from the date payment is confirmed. We will not overpromise delivery dates — if your order has a deadline, contact us before placing to confirm feasibility.

Shipping Costs

All buyers pay shipping costs. Shipping is not included in product prices. Exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Payment Methods

• Alibaba Trade Assurance — recommended for first-time B2B buyers; provides buyer protection
• PayPal — accepted for US and EU buyers
• T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) — accepted for large wholesale orders
• Western Union / MoneyGram — accepted for African buyers
• Vietnam local agent — available for Nigerian buyers via local payment networks

• Bundles: 1 bundle (100g minimum)
• Wigs: 1 unit
• Closures / Frontals: 1 unit
• Extensions (tape-in, clip-in, keratin tips, weft, bulk): contact us for MOQ details

Samples

Sample units are available (10g–20g). Samples are sold at normal product price — we do not offer free samples.
