SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Lead Time

All orders are processed after payment is fully cleared. We do not ship on credit.

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Custom orders (custom color, custom wig, made-to-order): 10–12 working days production time before shipment.

If your order requires custom production, we will confirm the timeline with you directly via WhatsApp or email before processing.

Shipping Methods

We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Buyers in West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana) may arrange consolidated freight through a Vietnam-based forwarding agent — contact us to discuss this option.

Shipping Costs

All buyers are responsible for shipping fees. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout or quoted directly based on destination and order weight. We do not offer free shipping.

Customs & Import Duties

Buyers are solely responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, and taxes applicable in the destination country. AZ Hair Vietnam does not absorb these costs.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
