Our production process
Our 6-step human hair production process
From sourcing and processing to product making, QC and packing, the work is handled by our team at our factory in Vietnam.
Source the hair
We source Vietnamese human hair through local hair collectors who purchase hair from women in Vietnam. The raw hair is then brought to our factory for sorting and processing.
Sort and align
The hair is sorted by hand, aligned in one direction and checked before processing.
Bleach (when required)
For orders that require lighter colors, the hair is bleached according to the required shade. Natural or raw-color orders do not necessarily go through this stage.
Color and natural air drying
The hair is colored according to the required shade, then naturally air-dried before product making.
Make the product
The hair is made into the product ordered, including wefts, tape-ins, keratin tips, clip-ins, wigs, closures and frontals.
Final QC and packing
The finished order is checked, weighed and packed before dispatch.
Light shades
How we process light blonde hair
After bleaching for light shades such as #613, the hair is checked by hand and unsuitable strands are removed before the next stage of production.
Factory capacity
From small workshops to factory-scale production
A household workshop makes 50 to 100kg a month. When an order is bigger than that, the rest goes to another workshop. Ask your vendor which one.

Wholesale pricing
Pricing depends on product, quantity, length, color and specifications. Every wholesale order gets a discount off list price. From 5kg the rate improves, quoted per order.

Shipping
We ship internationally using DHL, UPS and FedEx. Shipping cost and estimated transit time are confirmed before dispatch.
