The color ring is a physical fan of real hair swatches, not a printed chart. You hold it against your client's hair under salon light and pick the code. That code is what we produce. Most Vietnamese factories only sell natural black and outsource coloring. AZ Hair bleaches and colors in house at its factory in Ninh Binh, verified as a direct manufacturer by Channel NewsAsia in 2023 and NPO Netherlands in 2024.

How buyers use it
Order the ring once. Keep it at the salon or in the showroom. From then on every order is a color code instead of a photo sent over WhatsApp, which is where most color disputes start. When a client wants a shade we have not made before, send us the ring code closest to it and we match from there.
Why real hair and not a printed chart
Printed swatches shift under salon lighting and show nothing about undertone or shine. Real hair reflects light the way the finished order will. Every swatch on this ring is cut from the same Vietnamese hair we ship, so what your client picks is what arrives.
What we can color
Any shade on the ring can be produced across the full range: tape-in extensions, weft hair, keratin tip extensions, clip-ins, and bulk hair. Coloring is done by certified technicians on raw, unstripped hair, so the shade holds through washes instead of fading grey after a month.
Ordering and lead time

No. It is sold at the listed price, like our samples.
How many shades are on the ring?
40+ standard factory shades, covering natural black through platinum blonde, plus highlight, balayage, and ombre combinations.
Can you match a shade that is not on the ring?
Yes. Send the closest ring code plus a photo in natural light. Custom matching follows the same 10 to 12 working day production window.
Does the color hold after washing?
Yes. We color raw hair that has not been acid-stripped, so pigment binds into an intact cuticle rather than sitting on a damaged one.
How long does colored production take?
10 to 12 working days after payment confirmation. Color is applied during production, not to finished stock.

Is this real human hair or synthetic? +
100% real human hair — raw Vietnamese, single-donor, cuticle-aligned. No synthetic blending. Quick test: burn a strand. Real hair turns to ash and smells like burnt hair. Synthetic melts and smells like plastic.
What does "raw Vietnamese hair" mean? +
Raw means no chemical treatment — no acid bath, no silicone, no keratin. Sorted and aligned, then dried naturally. Vietnamese hair has a thicker cuticle than most Asian hair, which is why it holds up longer under heat and daily use.
Double Drawn (A++) vs Super Double Drawn (A+++) — what's the difference? +
A++ — 70–75% of strands run full length. Full from root to tip. Good for most clients.
A+++ — 90%+ of strands full length. Maximum density to the ends. Best for thick hair or a very full result.
How many packs do I need? +
2 packs (200g) — fine to medium hair, length only
3 packs (300g) — medium hair, length + volume
4 packs (400g) — thick hair or full transformation

What is the lifespan of bulk hair extensions? +
The hair itself: 12–24 months with proper care, highly reusable for multiple reinstallations. The premium bulk hair outlasts any installation method.
What if I'm not satisfied when I receive it? +
If the hair doesn't match our description (sheds excessively, tangles, wrong color), we'll either replace it or refund fully — including return shipping. Full terms on ourrefund page.
