Is this real human hair or synthetic? +
100% real human hair — raw Vietnamese, single-donor, cuticle-aligned. No synthetic blending. Quick test: burn a strand. Real hair turns to ash and smells like burnt hair. Synthetic melts and smells like plastic.
What does "raw Vietnamese hair" mean? +
Raw means no chemical treatment — no acid bath, no silicone, no keratin. Sorted and aligned, then dried naturally. Vietnamese hair has a thicker cuticle than most Asian hair, which is why it holds up longer under heat and daily use.
Double Drawn (A++) vs Super Double Drawn (A+++) — what's the difference? +
A++ — 70–75% of strands run full length. Full from root to tip. Good for most clients.
A+++ — 90%+ of strands full length. Maximum density to the ends. Best for thick hair or a very full result.
How many packs do I need? +
2 packs (200g) — fine to medium hair, length only
3 packs (300g) — medium hair, length + volume
4 packs (400g) — thick hair or full transformation
Order one extra if unsure — same batch means same color match.
How long do tape-in extensions last? +
Tape bond: 6–8 weeks. The hair itself: 12–18 months with proper care, reinstallable 3–4 times with fresh tape. The hair outlasts the adhesive.
What if I'm not satisfied when I receive it? +
If the hair doesn't match our description (sheds excessively, tangles, wrong color), we'll either replace it or refund fully — including return shipping. Full terms on ourrefund page.
Can I see the CNA and NPO coverage? +
